Second, the gear is easy to damage. Cause: There is no timely maintenance; the sand washer shaft and the low speed shaft of the reducer do not reach the specified parallelism. Solution: Refuel at the specified time; adjust to meet the requirements.

Third, the frame vibration failure causes: the bolts of the coupling frame are loose; the bearing housing bolts are loose. Solution: Tighten the sand washer bolts; check and tighten the bolts.

Fourth, the sand washing machine reduces the amount of sand washing or sand leakage. Cause: The sand net is damaged; the sand net fixing bolts fall off. Solution: Check the repair or replacement of the sand net; tighten the bolts.

5. There are noises in the bearing parts. Cause: When the rolling bearing lacks oil, there will be a sound of “bone and bones”; when the bearing steel ring breaks, the sound of the discontinuous “stalk” will be heard, or the bearing parts will be worn; Sand and other debris.

Solution: Add sand washer oil; when the bearing has cracks, the inner and outer rings are broken or the bearing is excessively worn, the new bearing should be replaced and the same bearing as the original model should be used. Clean in time.
