Recently, Hebi Hongyu’s 1,500-ton/hour aggregate production line was officially completed and put into operation. As a green mine construction project integrating mine rehabilitation and development and utilization, it will provide an important guarantee for the supply of sand and gravel materials in Henan after full production.

The project is located in Dahejian Township, Qibin District, Hebi City, Henan Province. The construction content includes: survey and design of sand and gravel aggregate processing system and auxiliary facilities, engineering construction management and technical services, civil engineering, trial operation, etc. The mining area has an area of ​​0.65 square kilometers, reserves of 101.6 million tons, and an annual production capacity of 5 million tons. The project service period is 25 years. After full production, it will provide an important guarantee for the supply of sand and gravel in Henan.

The planning and design of the project adheres to the concept of “green sand, fine sand, and smart sand”, adopts the “column crusher + high frequency screen” sand making and shaping process, “mechanical dust collection + spray dust reduction + fog cannon dust suppression + fully enclosed workshop “Environmental protection technology, production automatic control system, loading and dispatching system and many other advanced technologies, and applying the whole plant visual environment planning concept integrating landscape greening and buildings, are committed to creating a “green granary, high-quality granary” for construction projects.
