The project is located in Dahejian Township, Qibin District, Hebi City, Henan Province. The construction content includes: survey and design of sand and gravel aggregate processing system and auxiliary facilities, engineering construction management and technical services, civil engineering, trial operation, etc. The mining area has an area of 0.65 square kilometers, reserves of 101.6 million tons, and an annual production capacity of 5 million tons. The project service period is 25 years. After full production, it will provide an important guarantee for the supply of sand and gravel in Henan.
