Heavy medium cyclone model 1000/780, with a coal capacity of 320-350t/h. The sorting density is 1.53-1.6kg/L, the flow rate of the combined pump is about 1100m³/h, the lift is 46m, and the power of the combined pump is 250kw.
In the coal preparation plant, when the total coal slime content reaches 40% and the whole-grain grade is selected without desliming, the power consumption of the whole system is less than 4.5kwh/t, the medium consumption is less than 0.6kg/t, and the heavy medium power consumption is less than 4.5kwh/t. The lower limit of separation reaches 0.075mm, the flotation ash content is even lower than the heavy medium ash content, and back ash appears, and the fine, medium and gangue magnetic tails are recovered separately.
In this link alone, the energy consumption of the high-efficiency cyclone is 40-50% lower than that of the ordinary cyclone.
This is mainly due to the reduction in power consumption per ton of coal due to the increase in the amount of coal carried.
Taking the high-efficiency non-pressure three-product heavy-medium cyclone as an example, some coal-carrying volumes reach 550-600t/h, the medium circulation volume is 1800-2000m³/h, and the pressure is 0.24-0.28Mpa. The power of the combined pump is about 600kw, and the power consumption per ton of coal is about 1kwh/t.
For ordinary cyclones to reach the coal carrying capacity of 550-600t/h, the cyclone of type 1500/1100 should be selected, the medium circulation volume reaches 2400m³/h, and the pressure is as high as 0.32-0.4Mpa. The power of the combined pump is about 800kw, and the power consumption per ton of coal is about 1.33kwh/t.
